  • Jeff will guide you through a planning meeting to ensure alignment on workshop objectives, desired outcomes, and agenda. He’ll also advise you on meeting logistics, headcount, and room arrangements that create a great experience.

  • Participants will receive an email preview, complete with a video, which means every participant arrives aligned, primed, and ready.

  • Jeff will create pre-work assignments for workshop participants, including surveys, interviews, and research.

  • The workshop will leverage small group activities to dissect and address each strategic question to ensure every voice is heard.

  • Participants will develop and compare up to three strategies, choosing the most potent path forward.

  • Starting with an in-room draft, Jeff then crafts a digital second. The second draft and guidance for getting feedback form the foundation for a final, collaboratively perfected strategy.

  • Leave with a first draft plan and a clear 90-day accountability roadmap.
