NRC Health Leadership Academy

Be More Compelling & Relevant

What to Bring

Come prepared with one of the following:

Option 1: Your Real Presentation. Bring a 4-5 minute presentation you'll actually be delivering after our session. This could be:

  • An upcoming team meeting presentation

  • A project update for leadership

  • A client proposal or pitch

  • A training session you're leading

  • Any presentation currently on your calendar

Option 2: Change Recommendation. If you don't have a scheduled presentation, prepare a 4-5 minute recommendation for a positive change that would benefit your team or NRC. Consider:

  • A process improvement you've been thinking about

  • A new tool or system that could increase efficiency

  • A team collaboration enhancement

  • A client service improvement

  • A workplace culture initiative

Why Real Content Matters

We'll use YOUR actual presentation during our practice sessions. This means you'll leave with:

  • Confidence in presenting material you'll actually use

  • Specific feedback on content that matters to your work

  • Practical experience with presentations that advance your goals

  • Skills you can immediately apply in your next real presentation

What to Expect

  • Present your content (don't worry - we'll build your confidence first!)

  • Receive supportive, constructive feedback

  • Practice techniques you can use immediately

  • Leave feeling prepared for your next presentation

No slides required - focus on your message and delivery. We'll work together to make your real presentations more impactful and less stressful.
