What To Expect
Objective: Create NAFS three-year Strategy to Win and 2025 Plan.
Output: A three-year strategy document and a 2025 plan cascade document.
Experience: A series of exercises using small groups, post-it notes, and sharpies. We’ll be on our feet, moving about the room.
Dress: Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
