What To Expect
Objective: Create an FP&A Department 2028 Strategy and a 2025 Plan
Outcome: Clarity and alignment on who FP&A needs to become and do over the next three years to create the most value for FCSA.
Output: A three-year strategy and a one-year plan document.
Experience: A series of exercises using small groups, Post-its, and Sharpies. We’ll be on our feet, moving about the room.
Dress: Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

10:45 AM – What is our Strategy?

12:30 PM – What internal capabilities and systems must we develop?
1:15 PM – What are our “Big Five” priorities?
2:15 PM – Break
2:30 PM – What is our Stakeholder strategy?
3:15 PM – Next Steps + Commitments + Close
4:00 PM – Adjourn
