What To Expect

Objective: A collaborative session with system partners to explore and refine three distinct partnership scenarios.

Experience: A series of exercises using small groups, Post-its, and Sharpies.

Dress: Casual and comfortable. We’ll be on our feet, moving about the room.

Wednesday, July 23, 2025, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

  • 8:30 AM - Host Welcome Kick-Off

  • 9:00 AM - Discovery: Identify and explore a range of potential partnership models.

  • 10:00 AM - Concept Building: Develop detailed partnership scenarios, including roles, contributions, and value exchange.

  • 11:30 AM - Lunch

  • 12:15 PM - Roadmap Development: Outline the 90-day, 180-day, and 365-day implementation pathways for each scenario.

  • 2:30 PM - Assumption Testing: Conduct pre-mortem analysis, resistance mapping, and "What has to be true?" exercises.

  • 3:30 PM - Decision or Next Steps: Align on preferred scenarios and determine the path forward, including immediate actions.

  • 4:15 PM - Host Final Thoughts

  • 4:30 PM - Adjourn

Deliverables

  • Three partnership scenarios with documented opportunities, risks, and strategic benefits.

  • A high-level roadmap outlining milestones and key actions for each scenario.

  • Clear next steps for further validation, partner alignment, and implementation planning.
